When a Meta account is connected, Nimbus stores the login token that account granted, the identifiers of the Facebook Page and Instagram account selected during setup, and the ad account and advertising data for the brand workspace that connection belongs to.
Three ways to request deletion
1In Nimbus, open Settings, then Connections, then Meta, and select Disconnect.
2In Facebook, open Settings, then Apps and Websites, and remove Nimbus. Facebook sends this request automatically.
3Email systems@itsnimbus.com and name the Facebook account that was used.
Requests are completed within 30 days. Most complete immediately.
